It's more than that. Her dad is the CAO, the Mayor's right hand man. He tried to get it covered up but SPD declined. FWIW, Mayor and SPD hate each other so they don't get favors.

CAO is gone, that simple. Hes out, do not pass go. Cover-ups are auto firings
He should lose his pension as well for asking to commit fraud. This should be mandatory if he is an Accountant.
Do this not, itll be open season because no one has to play by the rules.
