That will not happen. At 13% they have a lot of ground to make up, IMO the illegal immigrant population that will have kids born in the US and then that population will continue to grow. And don't underestimate the white trash who will have their fair share of kids.
But something like this could have just as easy been a white dude, but I do get the point. 13% of the population does commit more crimes per capita than any other part of the population.

We won't see that happen for a few generations, unless Biden suddenly brings in the entire population of Nigeria, Ethiopia, and Somalia as the newest illegals to live off of the American taxpayer.
