In that era or any era? In the modern era they couldn’t compete with the warriors with KD, Kalyan, and Steph all in their prime. I think the prime Lebron and Wade and Bosh heat team would handle them as well.

It is a silly premise. Are you going to assume the Bulls players were not raised in the same time frame as current players, thus developing games to match?
Regardless, in any era, that Heat team that managed to go 2-2 in the Finals isn't beating the Bulls.
