That’s where the meat of ballot harvesting is. Impoverished black communities where many folks simply don’t care to take the time to vote. However if someone organizes something for them, feeds them, gives them a ballot to “fill out” and then says “oh we will mail it for you”….they’ll “vote” in droves

Bingo - has been thus since the 80s
nobody knows how blacks really vote - but we all know their ballots turn out = > 90% dem
