Didn’t know the actor for Doc Roe was British. He did great.
I’ve heard dialects from pretty much all over the US. The fakest shite I’ve heard on TV are the upper Midwest people…the “R” is almost like an “L” in real life. You don’t hear that shite on TV. It might just be the old-timers, tho.
I’ve seen people bitching about fake accents in the South, but go spend some easy downtime with Southern people and really listen. The Southern lilt and cadence are evident but a LOT of the coonass, Deep South, and Appalachian dialects would need subtitles for most of our yank brethren.
