Yes. It was stupid generally (like basically all protests) and specifically inappropriate once it graduated to a riot/trespassing.

Hypothetical question:

I attend the Activities on January 6. I see people walking over to the Capitol building And going inside

There are police officers there (Capital police) And I asked them if it is OK if I enter the building and they say yes.

I walk around the building taking pictures and do not touch anything and leave after 10 minutes

Am I subject to arrest in prosecution?
