It has started to slow down construction wise here where we live, so guessing it is a regional thing.

That being said, it seems like you get three results when asking for a quote on stuff like this.

1. They never show, and never answer the phone
2. They quote a very large number to make it worth their while
3. They give you a decent price, but are months out.
