The only reason Phx moves Booker is if they go all in on a rebuild. I think they have to move KD or Beal and neither bring you a ton because they cost a ton, plus KD is old.

And Phoenix doesn't have full rights to any of their own 1sts up to like 2030 or something, so there isn't much incentive to rebuild.

The Suns are completely screwed. They went all-in on a big 3 that don't mesh, and the new CBA absolutely cripples their ability to extricate themselves from the mess they've made.
They can't aggregate salaries in trades, and every trade has to send out more salary than they take back. They also don't get a MLE to add a true PG to their roster, which is probably their biggest issue. Oh, and they have no picks to trade.
Their rebuild is going to be very long and hard, even with an owner who wants to spend a lot of money.
