People in New Orleans care about their teams a great deal. There is real passion.

Saints/Pels are regional teams. Yes Nola’s metro is 1.3 million, but when you factor in Baton Rouge, The bayou parishes, and the Mississippi Gulf Coast, the population is well over 2 million. Economically, this area can compete and exceed many of the other smaller markets in the NFL and NBA
