I was an umpire when this happened.

Sorry to tell you, but you got that call wrong. Unless the out at first was recorded before the lead runner touched home, that run counts. The play at first was not a force out.

crew chief made call, not sure exactly what the NFHS rule was in 2018 but the coach didn't even blink.
