BCSP got some state funding and had professionals build the jump trails. The cross country trail ain't bad either. If you're looking for a used mtb then the big brands are Trek, Specialized and Giant. Kind of like Ford, GM or Chrysler of bikes. There are other brands that are good but hard to go wrong starting on one of those.

Bogue Chitto even gets some X-games level guys out there. The place is legit. I was in awe once I realized everything they have there, especially for where it is located. So good to see some tax dollars getting put to good use.
