re: Went to Bogue Chitto state park today to ride the bike trails.

I ride a schwinn from academy. It’s been fine for a down the lakefront ride and whatever. But it’s going on 12 years old. I thought it was going to rattle itself apart on the mild bogue chitto trails. It’s also full suspension which is unnecessary for amateur riding and a little more fatiguing than a hardtail. I’m not looking to spend $1k on a new bike but would like something simple and solid.
