Really surprised by this, DR Horton is a pretty solid builder. I’ve own yours for over 5 yes no issues

The unsupported header and missing joist hanger could lead to cracking in the molding and or drywall and the door/window below that header might have sticking issues over time IF it weren't addressed. As the builder, I would be highly pissed it happened, and would certainly address it with my framer.

If I were a shite builder and ignored/missed it, there are framing inspections by both the city and the engineer who signed off on the build who would have to miss it as well. Everything else (unsupported PEX, wrong sized joist hangars, poor lumber in places) is stupid but petty crap that will never show itself in the life of the home and is unfortunate but wouldn't affect the finished home (if they hire decent drywall people and finish carpenters)

To be clear, I am in no way defending this shite but trying to explain why you may have been lead to believe that Horton is a "solid builder".
