CZ P09 vs G17 (Gen3)

I’ve got a buddy that wants to trade me his P09 for my G17. Truth is, the G17 is just a hair big for my hands and it seems like a very fair deal. I’ve just never handled it (and I won’t trade him until I do). We’ve been casual friends for 25 years, so I’m not worried about him trying to screw me, I mainly just posted this here to see if one of you could tell something that I need to know that I may not know.
