Even in our corruption laden hellhole, a prosecutor has to recuse herself in this situation. Here, unless she just paid it (as our former DA did), she would have to send it to the state AG for prosecution.

This lady is miserable.
I wonder if people like this ever watch the tape and realize how awful they look.
The cop should have drug her out of the garage into her front yard and zip tied her.
