I could be way off, but he looks 160lbs soaking wet. He needs to get physically stronger. I bet he could add 3-4 mph on his fastball which would help with his slider. If he can get better at locating his fastball would help.

He’s listed at 178.

Pedro Martinez and Tim Lincecum were both listed at 170 during their career and are arguably two of the best pitchers of all time.

Velocity isn’t the problem…….pitch calling is

Having trouble with the link but he topped out at 95 in high school with 4 pitches for strikes. He topped out at 94 last year against South Carolina. He has been pigeon holed and USED incorrectly ( he isn’t the only one). Lots will be gone next year…..some on purpose but some not on purpose. Yeskie is the problem
