Don't go to Walmart or any of the chain outlets. They will keep your negatives and possibly screw up your prints.
Try mailing your film to the Dark Room, They are fast, the prices are reasonable, and the service is reliable.

I was looking at this place last night, Tried finding a phone number, It says they only respond with email. Wanted to ask if they may could help her out with a bulk rate or something similar.
