They changed the SEER requirements, I believe last year. Whole different ballgame from 2022 to now.

Yes ... it changed from a Seer requirement of 13 to 14. Whole new ballgame indeed. My units are Seer rated 14 FWIW. I also have electric bills less than $100 per month average for 2900 sft living area. It was $81 last month as the weather was mild.
