Upgrading to a different set of irons this week to get a little more forgiveness.

Not a completely new set, though, Taylormade M4s. I usually look at MPF ratings on irons when considering a purchase.



If I don’t like them, I’ll just resell the set: 4-AW.

My current set is 12 years old: TC-930s. A Japanese forged set from Fourteen.

I’ve got Gi on order, 5-pw. I was fit for both the apex pro from Callaway and them, they just felt a bit better.

Went with T505 1 and 3 irons from Titleist. Year end models went on sale for them. Ball really jumps off them for the low irons.

Hmmm Taylormade R9 is def a game improvement iron but is listed as a player classic with a mpf of 97. Seems way off.
