Problem was they tried to make it a racial issue of rich white StG leaving behind poor black BR.
Problem being that BR tends to be hollowed out in the middle with rich and poor but not middle class thanks to the state of the school system. StG tends to be middle class and somewhat mixed, wanting a future instead of subsidizing NBR and profiteering off contracts like the Enquist / Lipsey contingent.
