St. George should look to St. Louis as a guide. The inner city of St. Louis is your typical Democrat run pig sty, but the county is full of small incorporated towns--Ladue, Clayton, etc. These towns are beautiful and beautifully run.
The tax burden is much less there because everyone contributes. You don't have the hangers on laying on your leg soaking up the public largesse. The city governments do less and do it better. They provide basic services and avoid the libtard BS that Baton Rouge and St. Louis city are saddled with. St. George, if well managed, can be every bit as nice and well run as those small towns that operate independently in St. Louis county.
