Yes. I chose where I wanted to live based on a lot of things. This absolutely derails my plan unless we somehow annex into the city.

We bought this house 11 years ago or so and we knew it wasn't in the proposed StG at the time. It's hard to believe this has been going on that long. I remember my wife and I discussing it and we decided that we didn't care.
