Somebody please ask Sharon Hyphen Broome if she put all of St. George's money in an escrow account., holding in wait for the decision.

It should have all been in escrow. I’m betting it wasn’t.

What I am betting the city does is negotiate the amount that St George would owe in unfunded pensions against what is in “escrow” that way the city doesn’t have to show that the money is gone

That legacy pension amount is set by a law mentioned in the case.

It wasn’t as high as BR was claiming in court, meaning it may not help them as much as they are hoping.

were they not funded by the taxes StG was paying, while getting dick, and a haircut, for services?

Seriously, was this bitch required to put the money aside, in escrow, like in every other lawsuit? If she didn't, and squandered it, it is time to heat up the tar for the feather party.

Has anybody stopped by Marcy Ogre Piercing's office to call her a count, and laugh at her yet?
