FD is currently handled by St George fire.
PD is handled by EBR Sheriff
Utilities are private, not municipal.
Hence why a switchover is so simple.

Welp, time to find out how to annex our neighborhood in. We're a block from the StG boundary border and I would rather not have to move to another state to give my family a better quality of life.

Parks - parish service (already taxed)
Sewer/Drainage - parish service (already taxed)
Libraries - same
