There's more than enough smoke out there that he did something with both Daniels and McDougal. You don't go through all the hoops he did for the NDA's otherwise. I seriously doubt Trump just gave them money just because. Its hard to believe a guy who handled the Access Hollywood tapes as well as he did by simply admitting he said it and that it was 'locker room' talk and it was a mistake could frick something like this up. He should have just nipped this in the bud from the start with something like "yes, I had an inappropriate affair it was a mistake" and you nor I would even be discussing this now it would be forgotten. Instead, he dug in on a lie which rarely ends well.

FFS Ron get your head out of your arse. Who in their right mind would be worried about a lawsuit like this in the past? He buried this info. legally. This corrupt admin. dug it up with some incredibly weak lawfare that will be shot down with a quickness. In a normal world everything about this ordeal would not matter.
