Yes, without mail in voting Biden doesn't get 81 million and Trump doesn't get 74.x million. Who is denying that?
They both benefited from mail in voting where even the laziest of Americans could vote from their couch essentially.

BTW - ballot harvesting is legal in some form in around 25 states.
