I have been to Baja Mar in the last year… Never had any of those problems that you are describing.
Which hotel would you stay in?
Atlantis was fun, but definitely dated as compared to Baja Mar.

We have 4 kids in tow so we’re doing adjoining rooms at the Hyatt. Sounds like we need to pack a snack duffle bag.
