It's fricking wild how "journalists" really could give frick all about checking facts these days.
It's apparently way more important to just get content out than figure out if it's accurate first.

Sports “journalism” has been garbage for years. No one spends 2m to check facts or correct typos and run-on sentences. But it’s frustrating AF to see stupidity over and over and over.
The Sports Illustrated writer on LSU (somewhere else now) was HORRID and he’s one of thousands.
