I try to.
It absolutely works for weight loss if you stick to it and avoid snacking (aside from fruit).
I never eat anything before 1pm or after 9pm. Usually sleep 12 to 7:30.
I never eat breakfast and am never hungry in the mornings.
I’ll eat a big lunch around 1 or 2pm, and then an apple and/or banana around 7/8pm.
What messes it up is dinner with friends, but I only do that once or twice a week (at most).
Try it for a week or two and see. Eat whatever you want for the one meal. But don’t cheat in the morning or evening, aside from apples/bananas.

Sometimes I only eat 1 meal in a day, but I guess you could say it's not fully by choice. I was on Ozempic for many months and I'm now on Mounjaro. Both reduced my desire to eat much.

I would love to eat once a day at lunch but if I do I’m starving at night and can’t sleep. Maybe if I did like you and just had a little fruit or a decent little healthy snack that might work for me.
