We could also let him run his ISO stuff as our lead bench playmaker. It's not like we'd have to eliminate that entirely for him.

Everything we want him to do is well within his ability, it's just a lack of effort.
Like CJ is an awful defender because he's small and old. No matter how hard he tries he wont be good on defense.
BI is an awful defender because he doesnt care.
