Safe to spray weeds w/ Zoysia just waking up?

I had my yard topdressed in early April. Fertilized on April 14th. It has just really woken up over the last 10 days. I have some dollar weed that has been really persistent in some areas. I want to spray Celsius but I do not want to stunt my grass at all. My wife is already pissed enough about the sand. Ready for it to grow in. Thoughts? Pics for the journey...
