So to get somewhat back on topic in stead of reading two guys that are never going to agree---

You don't move Zion. You keep him. He is the face of the franchise.

BI has got to go; He is playing like a 90s player and that doesn't cut it and he refuses to change.

CJ he's old, it shows, but I don't think you can get rid of him for anything s my guess is you are stuck with him

Herb stays

Trey I guess has to stay, but IMO he is not worth close to 25-30 a year, but that is what it will take to keep him. I foresee that being a bad contract.

JV - love the dude, but we don't use him correctly so just let him go elsewhere

Nance - Get that POS off the team

I'd keep Alvarado, Hawk, and Naji.

So you need a big man, a wing player/shooter, and a PG. The PG can be a facilitator, don't need a huge scorer here.

But in the grand scheme of things it doesn't matter. We have a terrible coach who can't scheme for shite, so we are screwed anyway.
