First in a swampy area with canebreak rattlers, copperheads, and milksnakes. Second area appears to be central Louisiana with coachwhips and king snakes. Rat snakes everywhere. Good look at how to handle non-venomous snakes.

Had a rat snake in my garage last night. Don't mind as they are effective pest control but those sumbitches STINK. I thought one of the dogs left a giant cleveland steamer for me when we got home from dinner. Nope, just a rat snake hiding in a box of garden hose nozzles.

I have a 12 ft jb I keep flipped over at the lake. Every time I go to use it, as I'm about to flip it over, it's like cranking a jack in the box hoping I don't find a copperhead orgy.

First time I've ever seen a racer not haul arse when startled.

Every time one I startle one, they startle me even more.
