like a game changer.
I had no idea that previous recipes had a point scoring system. Now I know.
It is however a cool find. I played around with it a little bit:

Sure! Here's a recipe for a healthy turkey burger:
Ingredients:
1 pound lean ground turkey
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper (any color you prefer)
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup whole wheat breadcrumbs
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
Salt and pepper to taste
Whole wheat burger buns
Lettuce leaves
Sliced tomato
Sliced red onion (optional)
Mustard or ketchup (optional)
Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, chopped onion, chopped bell pepper, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, Worcestershire sauce, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Lightly oil the grill grates or pan to prevent sticking. Place the turkey patties on the grill and cook for about 5-6 minutes per side, or until cooked through and no longer pink in the center. Toast the whole wheat burger buns on the grill for about 1-2 minutes, until lightly browned. Assemble the burgers by placing a turkey patty on each bun bottom, then topping with lettuce leaves, sliced tomato, and sliced red onion if desired. Add mustard or ketchup if you like. Serve the burgers immediately and enjoy your healthy turkey burgers!
