I dont think that he is stupid. I think that his issue is that he picks low rated players that are drafted WAY too high (Davenport, Turner) to show the league that he outwitted them all and that he is SO much smarter than everybody else. That has backfired so many times to the detriment of the organization. However, he's here to stay because there is NO ONE in the organization that will fire him.
