So sounds like we should have been focusing on more realistic guys? Should have gone home with the 7 from the bar instead of striking out with the 9s. Now going home alone. (I know Williams and Barrow aren’t truly 9s)

And if we had missed on one of the other guys because we were all-in on a player who wound up ineligible, what then?
He’s right that you’re lacking context. You say we would be in the same place we are in right now but there’s no way to know that. Every recruiting decision has a cost one way or another.
