HELLO…..they don’t even have a physical campus!! It’s all “online” education..and not accredited

We hire the person, not the degree. The degree only gets their foot in the door for an opportunity to interview. So yes, I would interview that person to see what they offer just like I would a person from McNeese, LSU, Louisiana College, NSU, etc.
