I knew her years ago when she was a realtor- I guess that doesn’t matter. But I always thought she was a quality person. Good for her.

How did Perkins ever convince anyone to go along and participate with his nasty sexual desires? How did he get multiple women to participate in such gross acts like the tainted cupcakes, group sex acts, or the abuse of kids?
The above seems like a thing that should have been addressed in court, especially after the person lied in their testimony.
I can only assume Curtin has some sexual deviant desires in her since she was involved with Perkins. But, I bet this women regrets the decision to get in bed with Perkins and whoever or whatever else was in bed with them also.

This whole Perkins deal, and everything surrounding it, is nasty business, but the prosecution fricked this one up, and it appears that it was intentional to some degree.
I say call it even and let her walk. They had their shot and fricked it up. Tell the DA to do better, and tell her that this should be a big lesson learned about the people you associate with.

An appeals court threw out her conviction several months ago, the AG’s office appealed that ruling, and today the LA Supreme Court unanimously denied to hear the appeal.
Appealing to the Supreme Court was largely a Hail Mary. Now the State has to decide the next step. Meanwhile, she sits in prison even though she won her original appeal 6 months ago.
Side Note:

I read some of the case today and from what I understand, her and Perkins were having a sexual relationship since 2013. The video they found of Perkins and her doing sex acts to Perkins' wife when she appeared to be unconscious was in 2014.
So the reason she got off is because the video doesn't prove the wife was unconscious nor does it prove that she was acting not under the influence of any substance that might have been put in her drink or something?
