Learned last week that in FL at least, a home ins provider can send you a policy,, you sign it, they rhen cash your check for the full premium and then come back three weeks later and say... You need to fix this wiring or plumbing or _____ issue by x date or they will cancel your policy. They have that time to "final" underwrite your policy
