Last Spring, we stayed at an Agriturismo called Le Mandrie Di San Paolo outside of Assisi. It was on the east side of Italy, but worth going. Great restaurant and fun experience.

We also stayed at La Foce, with the beautiful gardens, in the Providence of Siena near the town of Montepulciano. In the heart of Tuscany, but more central Italy. It was probably a little nicer than an agriturismo, but close to one.
