Do it. Their jams can transcend bluegrass. It breaks wide open when Billy turns on the distortion. I think Billy and Daniel Donato are two of the best things going in the jam scene right now. I just wish Donato had a voice as good as Billy's.

Agreed on Billy having a lot of crossover appeal. I have no desire to go to other jamgrass shows, his musicianship is so elite that I enjoy seeing Billy live. I’ll never be a die-hard, but want him to keep coming to Nola for NY so I can catch a show once a year.

I’ll be catching my first Daniel Donato show at Chelsea’s on Sunday. I know what you mean about his nasally Arlo Guthrie-like vocals. I don’t hate them, but they wear on me a little when I am listening to his stuff.

Alright guys - I’m signing up for Nugs and watching the Rupp show tonight.

I saw Billy open for Greensky in 2018, but have only fringe listened to him since. I was blown away that night, but never thought he’d get this big.

Excited to jump back in and see what I’ve been missing.
