The two guys who kept us in the game. As usual, iso-ball from CJ and BI leads to a loss.

Yep. Ingram should come off the bench, he's become a liability. Jonas abused Holmgren underneath the entire game. When you are dominating the glass on both sides, you shouldn't lose, home or away. This team can only win when they shoot well from 3. Willie is a Golden State guy, but we don't have Steph or Klay Thompson.

I mean even with the ball being poked away CJ got a pretty clean look. It just didn’t fall.

Both teams shot the ball pretty horrendously so I have no idea what to expect moving forward. BI has to play more physical for us to have a chance. Dort and Williams just moved him around all game.

Under three minutes you knew what was coming.

Trey didnt get a shot after the 7 min mark in the 4th I believe.

Pretty sure the rub screen pick and pop was supposed to lead to a CJ attack then kick to Trey, or a quick swing to Trey depending on the defense.

Then the play didn’t work and CJ decided to play hero ball instead

The issue is when they do the iso ball.

So often its at the beginning of the possession, they sit at the top wasting 15sec and then we are forced to do iso for 8sec.

Move the fricking ball around. They are both ball stoppers.

Iso isn't the problem, unnecessary ball stopping is.

It's pretty easy for opposing teams to take Trey away down the stretch, he can't create his own shot and teams are not going to help off of him.

The honest truth is that CJ/ BI are not good enough to be "first option iso" unless they are in their spot or already in rhythm.

No open shot first 5 seconds? Pass the ball.
It comes back to you at the end of the shot clock? Do what you want.

Neither deserve to sit there and be "that guy" to start the possession. We need ball movement unless that 1 player is named Zion.
