re: Have you ever personally known anyone who caused an accident as an uninsured motorist?

Was rear ended in a hit and run 3 weeks ago. Car totalled. Twas a young schollar on his way to class in a borrowed car belonging to his auntie with a suspended license and no insurance. No clue what or if the insurance company or cops will do to them, but I plan to sue them personally and otherwise make their lives hell for as long as possible.
