Can anyone recommend a good property management company?

The one I'm using has billed me exorbinant "repair" cost for 9 of the 10 months we've been contractually together. Only this month have I had no additional fees come out. Coincidentally they need a 30 day notice prior to the first day of the last month of contracted service. I realize everyones gotta make their money, but are there any trustworthy/ethical options that one can recommend? Im tired of getting held for ransom for whatever they decide to charge me each month.
