You took the above to mean he’s fat and needs a lifestyle change. Maybe ask some questions before throwing out medical advice.

I asked if he is fat. I didn't say he is fat. And if he doesn't make lifestyle changes that 47 will continue to get higher and higher as time goes on. Take a lap you don't have a clue what you are talking about.
