Put a ball under your right foot (assuming you're right handed). Put it on the outer half of the ball of your foot so the outer portion of the foot is slightly off the ground.

Great drill. To achieve the same effect in your setup, internally rotate your right ankle. Having your weight on the inside will help your hips rotate whereas the weight being on the outside will promote a sway.

This little change/pre-check in my setup has allowed me to have much better balance and rotation.
