If I’m DJT, I come out strong about pardoning minorities that are overwhelmingly jailed for minor drug offenses.
The overwhelming majority of minor drug offenses are state or local, which he can’t do anything about. Considering the feds don’t arrest people for “minor drug offenses” to begin with, this would just be empty pandering far beneath him
