Trey was 30 feet deep and Williams was already sagging off and starting to move towards CJ. It happened.

The idea that we got a good shot at the end is very misleading. We were very lucky to get off any shot after that isolation fiasco, and even though it ended up being close, that’s a low percentage shot. It was a terrible possession. We also should have fouled earlier to leave more than 14 seconds to get a good shot.

So just curious I thought Naji played well but is Dyson now out of the rotation??!! He definitely aint getting any playoff experience.

Yup exactly. Right on point.

The final shot should've been drawn up for the leading scorer and the man 5 for 12 (I think) from 3...trigga trey

But there was no play It was "CJ go shoot a 3" and nothing more

Even if the call was go 1v1, CJ is smart enough to know that when he lost his dribble she should have given it up. Trey was there ready to shoot. He wasn’t wide open but he was locked and loaded and was hot.

He’s also smart enough to know he got his defender off his feet and could have drawn a foul.

He’s also smart enough, I think, that he should take a normal basketball shot, not a leaning line drive one footer.

I’m a huge CJ defender, but that was absolutely awful.

In CJ’s defense he was literally a tiny arse bit too strong from that that shot falling. I thought it was good off his hand.

So forget the two guys making 50 mil (CJ and BI) and draw up a play for Trey- who speny most the season on the bench. I don’t eveb disagree with this but man this team has some issues in the clutch if this is the case. I hope management is really analyzing this game.

Did he tear something? If so, then yeah I wouldn’t expect him to play. I ran track. I just remember it would act up around the 1st mile. But there were certain steps I could take to prevent that.

And got immediately taken out after giving SGA an easy layup.

If he's not locking down on defense, he's unplayable.

said he dribbled into the double. This was after he lost control.of the ball. Williams was leaving Trey as CJ was putting up that shot. Trey was in fact wide open
Trey was 5 feet inside the 3pt line and would have gotten the ball in his hands with less than 1 second left.

There is zero chance a pass at that point would have been a higher % shot than the look CJ got.

A 42 footer that you have to just throw up the second you touch the ball is an awful look.

That's why Trey's defender left him, it was clearly too late to pass it out.

Not everyone, Willie was watching.

Stop it. I pulled a hammy and played intramural football. Zion should go play then lol.

It's a valid point for sure, maybe a BI or CJ penetrate and kick but we got what we got. CJ struggling to dribble and then getting a sloppy but open look at the basket

That bullshite. CJ was able to pump, step in, and release the shot. That's the difference between a real PG and a scoring guard. Trey was 30 feet and in set position. Stop exaggerating.

If Zion was playing we win this series in 6. BI has to be better though. 12 points 5/17 shooting won’t do it.

The last minute... debatable.
