It's on Desantis. He had every opportunity to beat trump.. but he squandered them away with poor campaign decisions.

The biggest mistake was him basically staying quiet for months while trump blasted him every day, prior to announcing.

Guaranteed that someone told him to just remain stoic and not engage in mudslinging...and it was dumb advice. We're in the political era of shite talking..and saying as much shite as humanly possible in the shortest amount of time. It's what the Democrats do, it's what trump does. Desantis isn't a retard, he should've read the writing on the wall and went after trump early and often.

Desantis' stoic and quiet approach did win over some voters, but he should've been trying to win over the boisterous maga voters, not the very small amount of voters who embrace quiet strategies

Would be great if Trump had accomplishments to run on, instead of constant mud smearing campaigns.

I guess when you fail, there's nothing to do but drag others down with you.

DeSantis is a great governor, and I think would be a great President. If Trump had not been in the mix, he would have won the primaries going away. He will have his chance again in four years.

This highlights exactly why our country has been run into the ground.

You're not completely off base but at the same time, at some point the retarded voters that eat up the shite talking and are easily fooled into believing nonsense become accountable for their own shitty choices.

Maybe, but then again DeSantis lost most of the Republican (primary) electorate by simply running against Trump. How much did that fill these threads - "he's a traitor for running against Trump" ... so how effective would it have been to make obvious arguments like Trump is either establishment AF or an establishment stooge in shite talking fashion?

Social media and fake reality shows have poisoned everyone's minds.

"Bread and Circuses" are undefeated.

Inflation is doing that to them right now.

Is that enough? You're okay with forfeiting the country to Democrats as long as Trump appointed the right judges and signed Paul Ryan's tax cut bill?

At some point, because he's either served two terms or is not running, presumably in 2028, you're going to have to move past DJT. Who you got, MTG?

For me? Yep. Leave my money alone. Keep us out of war. And appoint good judges. That’s about the best I can hope for nowadays.

How do you label the spending bills?

Once again, Roger stating that “allowing” the rich to keep their own money after someone dies is a “gift”. Should tell you all you need to know about Roger’s bonafides. He is a liberal through and through.

Which stage of grief is this?

Premature acceptance, catalyzed by a medical escalation to Stage 4 TDS.

I say premature acceptance, because it's just saying it but not actually believing it. Kinda like politicians claim to believe in GOD but then pass legislation to set aside a hush-money slush fund to silence those who would expose their kid diddling, infidelity and many criminal activities.
