I would recommend getting this as a minimum for insurance. Nobody will ever know you have a tattoo in day to day interactions, but if you ever do any time in prison this will give you more credibility and increase your quality of life.

No. The barbed wire is the "Mom Heart" of the 90's-2000's. It's already in the Tat HOF
